When you order an item

When you order an item on the website, we collect the following information about you:

  • Name, address, email address, telephone number, payment method, information about the products you have purchased, any right of return, delivery requests and information about the IP address you ordered the goods from.
  • We process your personal data to be able to send you the goods you have ordered, and otherwise fulfill our agreement with you, including to be able to administer your rights to return and complain. We may also process information about your purchases to comply with legal requirements, including for bookkeeping and accounting. When making a purchase, the IP address is collected for that purpose and to safeguard our interest in preventing fraud.
  • Our processing is based on Article 6.1(b, c and f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Email

When you send us an email, we process this information about you:

  • Name and email address.
  • We process your personal data in order to respond to your inquiry.
  • Our processing is based on Article 6.1(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Newsletter

When you sign up for a newsletter on our website, we process this information about you:

  • Name and email address.
  • We process your personal data to be able to send you our newsletters.
  • We also keep statistics on the reading and use of our newsletters, for example whether you click on a link in the newsletter and whether you open or forward the newsletter – we do not register who you forward it to.
  • If you sign up for our newsletters, you consent to us sending you our newsletters. We do not sell your information, and you can always unsubscribe from the newsletter.
  • Our processing is based on Article 6.1(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Cookies

When you visit the website, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the website, e.g. which pages you visit, what you search for, your IP address, including your network location.

The purpose is to optimize the user experience and the functioning of the website, as well as to carry out targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook, Instagram and Google. This processing of information is necessary for us to safeguard our interests in improving the website and showing you relevant offers.

Our processing is based on Article 6.1(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Who do we share your information with?

We share information about your name, address, email, telephone number, order number and specific delivery requests with PostNord, GLS or other carrier responsible for delivering the goods you have purchased.

When do we delete your information?

The information we collect about your use of our website will be deleted at the latest when you have not used the website for 1 year.

The information we collect in connection with the purchase you have made will be deleted 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase. However, information may be stored for a longer period if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, for example if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements. Accounting material is stored for 5 years until the end of a financial year to comply with the requirements of the Accounting Act.

Right to see information (right of access)

You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional information.

Right to rectification (correction)

You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to erasure

In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our regular general deletion occurs.

Right to restriction of processing

In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you have the right to restrict the processing, we may only process the data – with the exception of storage – with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
