At korneliusen.dk we sell hand-woven unique products and weaving patterns for download.
ORDER
You can order via the website. We do not have a physical store. If you would like special handwoven products, you are always welcome to contact us.
All prices include VAT.
PAYMENT
At korneliusen.dk you can pay with a debit card. without fee for private customers
All transactions on korneliusen.dk are subject to the bank's fee.
When paying with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This means you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused using the PIN code.
Data you send in connection with purchases paid for with a credit card is encrypted (SSL), and therefore only PBS can read it. Neither korneliusen.dk nor others have the ability to read the data.
The amount for the goods will only be deducted when the goods are shipped from us, and a larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
HOW TO ACT
To make a purchase in our webshop, find the item and click on the “Add to cart” button. You will then be automatically sent to the shopping cart. If you want to add more items to your shopping cart, you can find the next item by either searching or clicking on the categories in the menu at the top of the page.
If you have added a product to your shopping cart that you do not want, you can click on the button with a trash can and an X next to the product.
Once you have added all your items to your shopping cart, click the “Continue” button. Here you must enter your customer information so that we can send the item to you. Then click the “Continue” button.
We have a fixed shipping price of DKK 70. Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up the item at our address in Birkerød. You do not pay shipping on weaving patterns that are downloaded upon purchase.
Now you can see the total amount including VAT and shipping, and at the bottom of the page you must mark that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Check the box next to this text and click “Confirm order”.
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation on the screen and sent via email to your provided email address.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have sent your order to us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to your email address.
RESERVATION
RESERVATIONS ARE MADE FOR ANY ERRORS, PRICE CHANGES AND DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS WITH ANY ORDER on korneliusen.dk. Reservations are also made for minor irregularities and weaving defects that are of no significance to the use of the product. All products are hand-woven unique items.
FREIGHT AND DELIVERY
All orders are subject to a shipping fee of DKK 70. We ship the item as quickly as possible, but we are a smaller company and we are not always at the packing table.
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at korneliusen.dk. However, there is no right of withdrawal on weaving patterns. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received your goods. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods are returned in the same condition. The right of withdrawal lapses if the sales value of the goods has clearly decreased. You must pay for the postage yourself if you regret a purchase and want to return the goods.

You can also cancel by refusing to receive the item at the post office, or by delivering it in person to the above address with prior agreement. When you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you. However, the shipping cost will not be refunded. This will be done electronically via transfer to your bank account.
The payment will take place when we have received the returned item and checked that it complies with the cancellation rules. To pay into your account, you must provide your registration number, account number, bank name and invoice number.
You must always enclose a copy of the order confirmation, as well as a copy of any previous correspondence. NOTE: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
When you shop at korneliusen.dk, you have a 2-year right of complaint. This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use or washing of the product or other harmful behavior.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If the complaint is made within two months, the complaint will always be timely.
When you wish to complain about a product, it must be sent to us at our address at your own expense.

Always remember to return the item in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse you for your costs.
